This bike race and ride is put on in Palo Alto by the American Diabetes Association to raise money to fight diabetes. They are expecting over 1500 riders who will need a place to park their bikes while they relax after the rides. Sign up for 2 hour shifts. We currently need volunteers for the following shifts:
Saturday, June 12 (setup) -
11:00 am to 12:30 pm
Sunday, June 13 -
11:00 am to 1:00 pm
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
If you are not already an SVBC member, you will receive a 6-month complimentary membership. Volunteers will also receive a Bike to Work Day tote bag and have their names entered into a drawing to win a $25 gift certificate from Sports Basement. Join the folks who are working to improve conditions for bicyclists in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties!
