As many of you know, the next meeting of the Redwood City Bicycle/Pedestrian Working Group (still scheduled for Thursday, March 6) will be devoted to a discussion of Redwood City ’s New General Plan. This will be a very interactive workshop and they want to hear your thoughts and ideas both about the General Plan overall, and bicycle and pedestrian issues in particular. Members of their Planning staff will attend, and the workshop will be facilitated by their consultants, including two “technical” consultants with backgrounds in bicycle and pedestrian projects and issues.
The workshop begins at 7:00 on Thursday, March 6 in the Redwood City Council Chambers at 1017 Middlefield Road. If you can arrive early, please join us at 6:45 in the lobby for light refreshments.
