The California High-Speed Rail Authority, as the lead agency for the California Environmental Quality Act process is issuing a Notice of Preparation of a Project Level Environment Impact Report/Statment (EIR/EIS) for the San Francisco to San Jose segment of the proposed High-Speed Train system.
To ensure that the issues most important to residents, public agencies and other involved parties are addressed, the Authority is inviting you to participate in scoping meetings to collect public input.
