The Cat's Hill Classic on Saturday May 2 is an annual bike race in Los Gatos. SVBC will be offering supervised bike parking again this year. Please let Anne Ng (anneng@aol.com) know if you'd like to help, morning or afternoon, for any two hours or more between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm.
The races (for various ages, genders, and ability levels) consist of numerous laps around a one mile course just west of downtown, more laps for stronger riders. The first race starts at 9:30, and the eleventh and last (and longest) at 4:25. See www.catshill.org, and click on "Guarded Bike Parking" on the right. Our parking venue is on the edge of the course at the final turn at Bachman and Tait, so we have an excellent vantage point to watch the races.
