SVBC will be providing bike valet parking at the Mountain View Art and Wine Festival. Volunteers are needed to work 3 hour shifts starting 9:30, 12:30 and 3:30, for both Saturday and Sunday, the 12th and 13th. The parking booth will be located on Church St near Castro.
This is rather short notice for an SVBC volunteer event, but we know you avid bike advocates will jump to the cause. Bike parking helps encourage folks to leave their cars at home and ride to the event. It is also a valuable way to introduce SVBC to the community and potentially increase membership and, eventually, give our voice more power.
