The Membership & Event Committee makes recommendations that help the Board of Directors and the Executive Director increase the number of members and members' level of engagement in SVBC. Members are the lifeblood of SVBC - help us grow our movement! Your creative ideas and passion for bike riding are needed to build a stronger SVBC.
The committee meets on the second Tuesday evening of the month to plan events, discuss membership-boosting opportunities, and strategize ways for SVBC to improve our outreach. At the April 9th meeting we'll have time to socialize from 5:30pm to 6:00pm, and the meeting will run from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm to allow us more time to talk about the Bike to Work Day party.
