This fall class will provide tips for bicycling in cold, dark, or wet conditions. We will also cover the basics of proper bike fitting, including how to adjust the seat height, seat setback and handlebar position for comfort, efficiency, and safety. In addition, we will briefly cover choosing the correct size bike, for those who are considering buying a new bike. Finally, we will also provide the basics of bike maintenance. This will include pumping tires, changing a flat tire, lubing the chain, and adjusting the brakes. Bring a working bicycle to class and your questions.
