May 14, 2013The Silicon Valley Tour de Cure is a fundraising cycling event taking place in Palo Alto to benefit the American Diabetes Association. They are expecting over 1,500 riders who will need a place to park their bikes while they relax after the ride.

Chili Party and Volunteer Cook-off (or something like that)
Mar 22, 2013We all had a lovely time last night at our first-ever Volunteer Party and Chili Cook-off. There was chili (which was exceptional), there was cornbread (which was fantastic), and there was a gaggle of SVBC volunteers (who are also exceptional and fantastic). We staff members did our best to emulate our volunteers' typical grace under fire as we parked bikes and took on tabling duties.
